This is a Lyman "All-American" "Perma-Center" 4x32mm rifle scope with a post and crosshair reticle.
Overall, this scope is in very good condition. Except for a small worn spot in the metal of the eyepiece, there is almost no wear or scratches. The adjustments move freely and the glass is clear.
