This is a matching receiver and bolt body pair from a 1957 standard rifle. Both pieces are marked with the serial number 423924. Both the receiver and bolt body have the original finish. The bolt face appears to have been trued.
Receiver - Overall, this receiver is in good to very good condition. The receiver bluing has several worn spots with shallow pitting/freckling, but no dings, deep scratches, or other damage. There are no extra holes or modifications to the receiver.
Bolt Body - The bolt face appears to have been trued. The bolt handle has some finish thinning. The bolt body is in very good condition with no significant scratches, nicks, or other forms of metal damage.
