This is a matching receiver and bolt body pair from a 1955 Target rifle. Both pieces are marked with the serial number 338764 and both have the original finish. This receiver is notch for a stripper clip cut into the rear bridge.
Receiver - The receiver bluing is original, showing light signs of wear on the rails and tang. There are notable scratches/dings in the tang area, and some light scratches in other places. There are no other notable dings or other metal damage. There are no extra holes or modifications to the receiver.
Bolt - The bolt body is in very good condition with no notable metal damage. The bolt handle has wear, light freckling, and light scratches.
