This stock is originally from a Super Grade .300 H&H magnum rifle produced between 1941 and 1948. It will fit all .300 H&H rifles made between 1936 and 1948.
This stock appears to have been professionally refinished, though not in our shop. The finish job is excellent and looks very similar to the factory original finish. The checkering of 18 lines per inch is sharp and clean. There are no cracks, dents, gouges, stains, scratches, or any notable aesthetic blemishes. Overall, it is in excellent, nearly new condition.
The stock has been previously bedded, and it is fitted with a reproduction Winchester recoil pad. It has 1 crack repair.
