This is a custom steel trigger guard for a Winchester Model 70 rifle. It has an inside-the-guard release lever, the rear of the bow is narrower, and it is lower profile than the standard trigger guard.
Bluing and Metal - Reblued - The fresh bluing shows no edgewear and is dark and even. There are no rubs, spots of thinning, dings, or scratches.
