This is a standard steel trigger guard from a Winchester Model 70 rifle. It appears original in mint condition.
Bluing - 100%- The finish on this trigger guard appears factory original, perfect, as if never used. Normally we would assume a piece this perfect has been refinished, but it shows no indication of being reblued. It's simply a pristine-condition piece.
Metal - The metal appears in perfect condition with no sign of wear or damage.
