This is a standard steel trigger guard from a Winchester Model 70 rifle. It has seen better days.
Bluing - 60%- The original bluing on this trigger guard shows significant wear and tear. There are scratches, scuffs, rubs and notable areas of pitting.
Metal - The metal on this piece has significant rust and pitting. This trigger guard would be a good candidate for refinishing.
