This is a standard steel trigger guard from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 90% - The finish on this piece has almost no edgewear or fading, and only a few light scratches.
Metal - The metal has some areas of light rust and pitting, primarily on the inside of the bow, and one or two tiny tool marks.
