This is a standard steel trigger guard from a Winchester Model 70 rifle. It has been refinished, though not in the pre64win shop.
Bluing - Refinished - 99% - The new finish on the trigger guard is dark and even. It has more shine and reflectiveness than factory bluing, and is applied quite thick. There are a few tiny tool marks in the new finish around the screw holes; otherwise, there is no edgewear, fading or damage to the bluing.
Metal - The metal is in excellent condition with no notable damage.
