This is a Weaver Micro-Trac model 3-9x38 scope with a duplex reticle in a gloss finish. Made in Japan.
Overall, this scope is in good to very good condition. The are some scratches from the mounting rings and from contact with the bolt handle. The glass is clear and all adjustments move freely.
